This Agreement is executed by and between ultimate4trading-id (Hereinafter referred to as "Company", "We") and you, (Hereinafter referred to as "You", the "Client", "User").
By clicking "I Agree", I am confirming that:

I have read and understood the following Terms and Conditions, including The ultimate4trading-id’s Policies.
I understand that the Deposit and Withdrawal Policy, Risk Disclaimer, Risk Disclosure Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Underage Policy found hereunder constitute an integral and inseparable part of these terms and conditions, and are all part of a binding agreement between me and ultimate4trading-id.
(Hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").
I hereby acknowledge that I am over the age of 18, and all the information I have provided in this application including my residential address and identity is true and accurate, and I will notify Ultimate4Trading regarding any material changes in the information provided.
I hereby acknowledge that all licenses granted to User will be revoked if Ultimate4Trading notices that the data you provide is not accurate and you will immediately cease to access the services. The User agrees that ultimate4trading-id can terminate the User’s access to any of the services offered for online trading at ultimate4trading-id's sole discretion, with or without notice and close your transaction.
By continuing to access or use the algorithm, you agree to follow the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement as they may apply to you. This Agreement is effective upon acceptance in registration for customers joining a new subscription, or upon receipt of e-mail notification by other users.
This Agreement is otherwise effective for all users. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services. Please inform us in writing immediately. By using our services you agree to be bound fully by all our terms and conditions.
ultimate4trading-id may not be able to ascertain the appropriateness of any product to the User, for any reason, including, due to lack of experience or undisclosed information.
I hereby declare that the funds which are being used for my use of the site were and are not originated from any criminal or any other unlawful activity and/or otherwise constitute a breach of any law.
ultimate4trading-id may at any time, at their sole discretion and without limitation amend and/or change to whatever extent its see fit any of the terms set out in this agreement by publishing such information on any of the ultimate4trading-id websites and/or Terms and Conditions. By continuing to use the platform; you confirm that you agree to be bound by any and all future changes to these Terms and Conditions.
I hereby acknowledge that all non-deposited funds, including all various types of bonuses offered by ultimate4trading-id websites or third parties authorized by it and profits gained on account of or derived of the same, are not part of the client’s funds until these Terms and Conditions set by ultimate4trading-id have been met by the trader. If a withdrawal of Non-Deposited Funds has been confirmed, ultimate4trading-id shall have full right to reclaim any and all such funds.
Upon a request made by Ultimate4Trading, I hereby Agree to send ultimate4trading-id a copy of the following:
1. A photocopy of your valid passport, driver’s license, or national identification card
2. A utility bill or bank statement from the last two months with your address clearly shown.
3. A photocopy of the front of the credit card which you used to make your deposit.
* You will need to send us this information for every card you use to make deposit

I completely and thoroughly understand, as a consequence how to trade, and the RISKS that are involved.
In addition I have read and understood the risks involved in Binary Options trading ("Trading").

By filling the Subscription Form I hereby acknowledge that this account will be open for myself exclusively, and I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted all terms in this Agreement. We cannot and will not be held responsible for any damage or losses you may encounter for whatever reason.

The User hereby acknowledge that they understand in full that trading, investments and similar operations are regulated differently throughout the world. The fact that you can access the ultimate4trading-id website and use the tools, ultimate4trading-id offers does not necessarily mean that such activities are legal in your country. Users accessing this site are required to inform themselves about the jurisdiction restrictions.

Please note that closing or suspending your account due to a breach of the terms of service and explicitly the Acceptable Use Policy, may entail loss due to the closing of positions.

The present Terms and Conditions state that under no circumstances shall ultimate4trading-id or its employees be liable for lost profits or any losses of any kind occurring during trading, due to connection to the website, including negligence. In any proven circumstance, the liability of ultimate4trading-id is limited to our last monthly commissions received from money you transferred or deposited in your trading account.

Membership Eligibility

Our services are available to and may only be used by individuals or companies who can form legally binding contracts under the law applicable to their country of residence.

IF YOU DO NOT QUALIFY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR ALGORITHM Furthermore, our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who have sufficient experience and knowledge in financial matters to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of acquiring financial contracts via this algorithm and have done so without relying on any information contained in this algorithm.

Without derogating from the above provision, we shall not be responsible for verifying and/or checking whether you possess such sufficient knowledge and/or experience, nor shall we be responsible for any damage and/or loss incurred by you as a result of insufficient knowledge and/or experience.

IF YOU DO NOT QUALIFY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR ALGORITHM. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available where they are illegal to use, and the company reserves the right to refuse and /or cancel services to anyone at its own discretion. Legal Restrictions Without limiting the foregoing, you understand that laws regarding financial contracts vary throughout the world, and it is your obligation alone to ensure that you fully comply with any law, regulation or directive, relevant to your country of residency with regards to the use of the algorithm.

For avoidance of doubt, the ability to access our algorithm does not necessarily mean that our services, and/or your activities through it, are legal under the laws, regulations or directives relevant to your country of residency.

This algorithm does not constitute, and may not be used for the purposes of, an offer and/or solicitation to anyone in any jurisdiction in which such offer and/or solicitation is not authorized, and/or to any person to whom it is unlawful to make such an offer and/or solicitation.

Access to this algorithm, and the offering of some of its products and services, may be restricted in certain jurisdictions, and, accordingly, users accessing this site are required to inform themselves of, and to observe, such restrictions.

Limited License

ultimate4trading-id grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited personal license to access and use its algorithm (the "license"). This license is conditioned on your continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You agree not to "deep-link" to the algorithm, resell or permit access of the algorithm to others, and not to copy any materials appearing on the algorithm for resale or for any other purpose to others without the prior written consent of ultimate4trading-id

For avoidance of doubt, you shall be responsible and bound by any unauthorized use of the algorithm, made in breach of this section. You further agree not to use any electronic communication feature of a service on the algorithm for any purpose that is unlawful, tortious, abusive and intrusive on another's privacy, harassing, libelous, defamatory, embarrassing, obscene, threatening or hateful.

The license granted under this Agreement will terminate if ultimate4trading-id believes that any information provided by you, including your e-mail address, is no longer current or accurate, or if you fail to otherwise comply with any term or condition of this Agreement and all rules and guidelines for each service or ultimate4trading-id establishes that you have abused in any way (including but not limited to engaging in a transaction out of market rates) the ultimate4trading-id platform.

Upon such violation, you agree to cease accessing services. You agree that ultimate4trading-id, at its sole discretion and with or without notice, may terminate your access to any or all services, close your open transaction and remove and discard any information or content within a Service. Communications Unless otherwise indicated for a particular Service, any communications or material of any kind that you e-mail or otherwise transmit through the services, including information, data, questions, comments or suggestions (your "Communications") will be treated as non-proprietary and non-confidential.

Copying

You may not make any copies nor allow others to make copies of the algorithm. You may not modify, adapt, merge, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the whole or part of the algorithm and/or its documentation. You may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement, unauthorized transfer, reproduction or use of the algorithm and/or its documentation. If reverse engineering or decompiling is necessary for the purpose of interoperability, please contact D WORLD.

Privacy Policy

ultimate4trading-id does its utmost to ensure the privacy, confidentiality and security of its clients are preserved both throughout their interaction with the company and afterwards, to the fullest extent achievable by the company. ultimate4trading-id does its utmost to ensure the confidentiality of its clients personal information including the implementation of data protection procedures designed to ensure client confidentiality.ultimate4trading-id ensures that its data protection policy is regularly updated in order to ensure that client's confidential information is continually safeguarded.

From time to time ultimate4trading-id may contact clients whether by phone or email for the purpose of offering them further information about D WORLD. In addition the company may, on occasion, seek to contact clients, whether by phone or by email, for the purpose of informing them of unique promotional offerings provided by ultimate4trading-id for the client.

ultimate4trading-id also provide your contact information to the third party signal providers that you are subscribed to.

Clients consent to the receipt of such contact when they consent to our terms and conditions of use when registering with D WORLD Any person wishing to opt out of further contact with ultimate4trading-id at any time whatsoever is entitled to do so, simply by contacting the company whether by email and requesting that no further contact on behalf of the company be made.

Indemnity & Right of Set-Off

The customer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless D WORLD, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents and in respect of any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense that it may suffer or incur whether directly or indirectly by reason of the customer failing to discharge its obligations under or acting in breach of any of the terms and conditions herein contained or as a result of any breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

In the event that there is any liability of the Customer to ultimate4trading-id its directors, officers, employees, affiliates or agents under the indemnity provisions of the clause herein-above, Ultimate4Trading shall have the right to set-off under its sole discretion that amount against any balance held to the credit of the account opened by the customer with D WORLD

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL D WORLD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES AND/OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR ALGORITHM, OUR SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) EXCEPT AS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. THE LIABILITY OF D WORLD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY PROVEN CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU TRANSFERRED OR DEPOSITED IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT ultimate4trading-id IN RELATION TO THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.

ultimate4trading-id and any Third Party Providers do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or correct sequencing of the Market Information, or warrant any results from your use or reliance on the Market Information or any other information presented on the site. Market Information may quickly become unreliable for various reasons including, for example, changes in market conditions or economic circumstances. Neither ultimate4trading-id nor any of the Third Party Providers are obligated to update any information or opinions contained in any Market Information, and we may discontinue offering Market Information at any time without notice.

You agree that neither ultimate4trading-id nor any of the Third Party Providers will be liable in any way for the termination, interruption, delay or inaccuracy of any Market Information. You will not "deep-link", redistribute or facilitate the redistribution of Market Information, nor will you provide access to Market Information to anyone who is not authorized by ultimate4trading-id to receive Market Information.

Use & Access of Algorithm

You further assume all risks associated with the use and storage of information on your personal computer or on any other computer through which you will gain access to the algorithm and the services (hereinafter referred to as "computer" or "your computer"). You represent and warrant that you have implemented and plan to operate and maintain appropriate protection in relation to the security and control of access to your computer, computer viruses or other similar harmful or inappropriate materials, devices, information or data.

You agree that ultimate4trading-id will not be liable in any way to you in the event of failure of or damage or destruction to your computer systems, data or records or any part thereof, or for delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from the failure or mismanagement of any telecommunications or computer equipment or software. You will not transmit to or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, expose ultimate4trading-id or any of D WORLD's online service providers to any computer virus or other similarly harmful or inappropriate material or device.

You agree to be fully and personally liable for the due settlement of every transaction entered into under your account with the company.

You are responsible for ensuring that you alone control access to your account, and that other person is granted access to trading on the web site using your account. In any case, you alone remain fully liable for any and all positions traded on your broker account, and for any credit card transactions entered into the algorithm for your account. You have a duty to report to the Company any problem, error or suspected system or other inadequacies that you may experience.

Company's Rights

ultimate4trading-id reserves the unilateral right to suspend or stop the operation of this site or any part or sections of it.ultimate4trading-id may, at its sole discretion, impose volume or other limits on Customer accounts.

Force Majeure

You agree that ultimate4trading-id will not be liable in any way to you or to any other person in the event of force majeure, or for the act of any Government or legal authority, or for the failure of or damage or destruction to its computer systems, data or records or any part thereof, or for delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from the failure or mismanagement of any telecommunications or computer equipment or software.

The parties shall be released of all responsibilities for partial, full or non-fulfilment, as well as for improper fulfilment of the obligations under this Agreement, if such non-fulfilment or improper fulfilment was a result of extraordinary events, which occurred after this Agreement was concluded and which the party could not either foresee or prevent – ‘Acts of God’ or ‘Force Majeure’ (natural calamities, wars, armed conflicts etc.).

ultimate4trading-id provides links to other sites that are controlled or offered by third parties. Such links may represent affiliation with respect to such site, its owners or its providers.

ultimate4trading-id cautions you to ensure that you understand the risks involved in using such sites before retrieving, using, relying upon or purchasing anything via the Internet. You agree that under no circumstances will you hold Ultimate4Trading liable for any loss or damage caused by use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on other sites.

ultimate4trading-id proposes links to affiliate brokers. Those brokers appear in most comparison websites and are well placed. ultimate4trading-id simply based itself on these comparative tests and disclaims any responsibility for registering with those brokers. The choice of broker stays your responsibility. If you have doubts or suspicions about any affiliate broker, please keep ultimate4trading-id notified and refrain from using them with your use of the site.

Trademarks & Copyrights

All content, trademarks, services marks, trade names, logos and icons are the property of ultimate4trading-id or its affiliates, agents, or brokers and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties and provisions. You agree not to delete any copyright notices or other indications of protected intellectual property rights from materials that you print or download from the web site. You will not obtain any intellectual property rights in or any right or license to use such materials or the algorithm, other than as set out in this Agreement. Images displayed on the algorithm are either the property of ultimate4trading-id or used with permission.

You agree not to upload, post, reproduce or distribute any information, software or other material protected by copyright or any other intellectual property right (as well as rights of publicity and privacy) without first obtaining the permission of the owner of such rights and the prior written consent of D WORLD. Nothing contained on the algorithm shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark without the written permission of ultimate4trading-id and/or such third party that may own the trademarks.

Your use of the trademarks or any other content of the algorithm, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited.

Disclosures

Even a slight fluctuation of the market could mean substantial gains when these fluctuations are in your favor, but that could also mean considerable losses if the fluctuations are to your detriment. You are responsible for setting proper trading amounts and due to the nature of how ultimate4trading-id operates with brokers. You agree that we cannot guarantee the proper operation of your settings. No system exists that could assure you that transactions on the market should bring you great benefits, nor is it possible to guarantee, that your transactions will yield favorable results. The risk information presented here does not reflect all of the risks as well as other important aspects intrinsic to the market. Demo Account

ultimate4trading-id allows you to use the services offered by it in connection with a demo account via which you may solely use virtual money. For the avoidance of doubt, such virtual money may not be converted to real money or any other kind of asset, cashed out and/or traded with. By transferring to a live and/or real account, or creating a live and/or real account you the User completely and thoroughly understand that ultimate4trading-id makes no representation that the live and/or real account will necessarily attain the same results as the demo account. The actual earnings or losses and overall trading achieved in the demo account are theoretical or hypothetical and do not in any way indicate the expected real and/or live trading results. For the avoidance of doubt, the User should not and will not expect any similarities between the demo account and the real and/or live account.

With changing market conditions, the demo account cannot always reasonably reflect everything that may affect pricing and implementation in live trading environments.

The foregoing shall apply regardless of whether a claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability otherwise.

Any specific investment or investment service contained or referred to in this algorithm may not be suitable for all clients. You should not rely on any of the information as a substitute for the exercise of your own skill and judgment in making such a decision on the appropriateness of such investments.

Online Trading Risks

There are risks associated with utilizing an Internet-based trading services including, but not limited to, hardware, software or Internet connection. Since ultimate4trading-id does not control signal power, its reception or routing via Internet, configuration of your hardware or software, or reliability of your Internet connection, you agree that you are solely responsible for such failures, including communication failures, disruptions, distortions and delays in trading.

Volatility or liquidity in the markets may prevent orders from being executed at advantageous prices, or at all. ultimate4trading-id shall not be liable to any person for any losses, damages, costs or expenses (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages) occurring because trades cannot be executed due to market conditions, or from any errors of your dealer.

ultimate4trading-id recommends that clients should be cautious when they use an iPhone, Blackberry or other handheld mobile device for trading or receiving data from the ultimate4trading-id platform. Handheld mobile devices depend on wireless connectivity, are subject to the limitations of 3G, Wi-Fi and GPRS networks restrictions, and may not provide the investor with the same functions as accessing the ultimate4trading-id platform from a web browser. ultimate4trading-id shall not be liable to any person for any losses, damages, costs or expenses (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages) resulting from the client's use of a handheld mobile device.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of providing a service to connect clients with signal providers, ultimate4trading-id typically does not offer refunds except in the following scenario:

ultimate4trading-id will issue a refund to a client for failure of delivery, in an amount up to the client's current subscription with the provider minus associated fees discussed below, in the event that the third party signal provider that you are subscribed to does not provide the service they described for more than 1/2 of the subscription length. ultimate4trading-id reserves the right to replace the subscribed service with another of similar value. You must first notify ultimate4trading-id of the failure to delivery and allow ultimate4trading-id 3 business days to contact the third party signal provider and address the issue. If after 4 business days from receiving the notice, the signal service has not resumed, ultimate4trading-id will issue the partial refund.

The refund will be based on the current subscription amount for the provider failing to delivery, minus platform delivery fees, and a fee for acceptable usage when the provider was properly providing service. Except as expressly provided by this refund policy, neither D WORLD, nor our officers, principals, employees or agents shall be liable to any person for any losses, damages, costs or expenses (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages) resulting from any errors in the ultimate4trading-id trading platform.

Risk Disclosure and Risk Disclaimer Policy

The Company strives to provide its customers with the best tools for trading, including introductory guidance for the live trading environment, education on the markets, and a written daily analysis on the Company website. The Company does not manage or advise on investments. The Company allows you to trade in highly speculative investments which involve a significant risk of loss. Such trading is not suitable for all investors so you must ensure that you fully understand the risks before trading.

A printed version of these Terms and Conditions will be admissible in judicial and administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. These Terms and Conditions, as well as any dispute arising therefrom or in connection therewith shall be brought before the courts of law of London, UK which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the same.
